The hotel is in a fantastic location, near a beautiful shopping mall and within walking distance to many local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and able to speak English, providing good service. The breakfast options are great, with a wide variety of dishes available. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, such as a gym and on-site restaurants, which provide delicious food at affordable prices.
The hotel lacks wifi in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for guests.

Had a wonderful xmas stay! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety of food options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the main attractions and easy access to transportation. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Plus, they offered complimentary wifi and bottled water.
The only downside was the language barrier with some staff members, but overall it didn't affect our experience at the hotel. Also, the tour services could have been better organized and communicated clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Wanfujing shopping street and the railway station. The area is relaxing and has many good restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, generally clean, and have free internet cable access. The breakfast hall is nice and serves excellent food. The pool is a nice feature and there is also a Sunday concert.
The hotel has a slight smoke smell that can be off-putting for some guests, according to one of the reviews.

The room felt a bit dated and in need of renovations. The air conditioning was not functioning at full capacity and the room temperature was uncomfortably warm.
